Interlift 2023

The last Interlift in Augsburg for the time being was a complete success for the trade fair team from Sautter Lift Components and The Peelle Company from Brampton, Canada. For the fifth time, the two companies presented themselves at a joint stand in Augsburg.

Sautter Lift Components, the specialist for safety components and innovative solutions for the modernization and retrofitting of lifts, used the trade fair to present its new developments to a wide range of customers.

These include new safety gear, in particular the RF0004, which requires the same installation space and the same attachment points as the RF98 from the former Liftmaterial company, but can take higher loads.

Added to this are the new release rods for the tried-and-tested BF series. These rods now make it possible to cover the large range from 125 to 700 mm between the center of the rail head and the governor cable for the direct connection of the governor cable and release.

We also presented the latest version of our UCM / A3 MOD kit, a manufacturer-independent safety circuit for retrofitting the UCM / A3 function to existing systems with older control units, which has been tried and tested for over 10 years. This not only meets the requirements of DIN EN 81-20: 5.6.7 to prevent unintentional car movements, but also makes life much easier for all service technicians and enables sustainable, resource-saving use of the emergency power batteries.

Our new handheld device for measuring the drop-out time of permanent magnets was also presented at the trade fair. This makes troubleshooting in the increasingly complex safety systems of elevator installations much easier.

Our partner, the world market leader for vertical door systems, the company Peelle, used the world’s leading trade fair for elevator technology to exchange information about completed, ongoing and future projects with its international customers from all over the world and, in particular, with the growing number of customers from German-speaking countries.

Last but not least, Interlift 2023 was also the starting signal for our new collaboration with Construct Lifts on the UK market.
