Interlift 2025: SLC presents groundbreaking innovations in Hall 3C, Booth 300
Under the motto “Elevator and conveyor technology in safe hands”, Sautter Lift Components (SLC) welcomes you to Interlift in Nuremberg from October 14 to 17, 2025. Together with our partners The Peelle Company Ltd., whose representation we handle in Germany, and Construct Lifts Ltd., our distribution partner in the United Kingdom, we will be showcasing proven safety components, doors, and modernization solutions – and this year we are presenting several groundbreaking new developments.
Premiere 1: The Electromechanical Safety Gear eSG1D-1
With the eSG1D-1, we are setting a new benchmark in safety technology. It combines the proven mechanics of our SG1D-1 with an innovative electromechanical release system. Operators benefit from maximum safety, a space-saving design, and greater efficiency, as the traditional speed governor and governor rope are no longer required. The solution is highly versatile, monitored by state-of-the-art safety technology, and ideally suited for both elevators and storage and retrieval machines.
Premiere 2: The Drum Lift 3.0
As a response to the growing demand for barrier-free living space, we are presenting for the first time a completely newly developed overall system: the third-generation drum lift. At its core are a specially developed fiber rope for space-saving multi-layer winding and an innovative lightweight wooden cabin made of laminated veneer composite material, reducing cabin weight by up to 50%. The fiber rope achieves over 600,000 journeys, offers high breaking strength and integrated discard criteria monitoring – making space-saving multi-layer winding feasible for the first time in practice. The wooden cabin lowers energy consumption and drive torque, while standing out with sustainability and easy installation. With this combination, SLC offers a compact and resource-efficient complete solution for urban elevator retrofitting. The Drum Lift 3.0 will be presented to the public for the first time at Interlift 2025.
Peelle landing doors for freight elevators
As the exclusive German representative of Peelle, we are presenting their proven vertical sliding doors, specifically designed for heavy loads and the demanding use in freight elevators. Ideal for hand trucks, pallets, or forklifts, they ensure maximum efficiency during loading. Take the opportunity to meet the company owner and his sales team at our booth and learn firsthand about the advantages of these doors.
Proven Solutions and New Innovations in Dialogue
In addition to our new products, visitors to our booth will find the complete SLC portfolio: safety gears of the BF, SG, and RF series with standard delivery times of four weeks – or, on request, within just two working days. This also includes the UCM MOD-Kit for detecting unintended car movements, speed governors, guide shoes, governor ropes in all common versions, as well as spare parts for older Haushahn systems, still manufactured today in original quality.
