Peelle vertical cabin doors: customised solutions for every need
Whether single-section, two-section or three-section: Peelle offers you the perfect cabin door for your goods lift. Our cabin doors offer maximum flexibility and are available in three versions: single-section cabin door, two-section cabin door and three-section car door. All doors fulfil the requirements of EN81 – 20/50.
The single-section cabin door is ideal if the shaft head height is sufficient, while the two-section cabin door is suitable for lower shaft head heights. The three-section cabin door is a space-saving solution for very restricted shaft head heights. Each door leaf is equipped with a counterweight to ensure effortless opening and closing. All cabin doors impress with their quiet, electric operation and low maintenance requirements. All models are powder-coated, robust and have 1.2 mm thick sheet steel with a viewing window and safety light curtain.
SINGLE SECTION CAR DOOR
Full height car doors are suited for freight elevators authorized to carry passengers. Single section full height car doors are used when there is ample overhead height in the hoistway. Single section car doors consist of a single counterweighted panel and can be either manually or power operated.
Minimal rail height: 2 x opening height + 356 mm
Car enclosure set back: 165 mm

TWO SECTION CAR DOOR
Two-section car doors consist of two solid panels of the same height that cover the entire opening height, with all chains and suspensions inaccessible from the car.
Full height car doors are suited for freight elevators authorized to carry passengers. Two-section full height car doors are used when overhead height in the hoistway is limited. A two-section full height car door consists of two counterweighted panels of equal heights and can be either manually or power operated.
Minimal rail height: 1,5 x opening height + 330 mm
Car enclosure set back: 191 mm

THREE SECTION CAR DOOR
Three section car doors consist of three solid panels of equal height that cover the entire opening height, whereby all chains and suspensions are not accessible from the car.
Three section car doors are always used when the shaft headroom is very restricted. Here too, the weight of the three door leaves is balanced by a counterweight.
